Samuel Langhorne Clemens better known by the pen name Mark Twain.

Mark twain is born in November 30th in 1835 in Florida. He died in April 21 . in redding, Connecticut.

Mark twain is most know’n for his book Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.

In his life he made two trips to Europe

Huckleberry fin is also known as The Great American Novel.

When Mark Was 11 years old, his father died of pneumonia.

The following year, he became a printer’s apprentice.

Mark died of a heart attack.

Mark wrote 60 books. When twain was four,his family moved to the hanibal a port town on the Mississippi River.

Mark enjoyed immense public popularity, and his keen wit and incisive satire earned him praise from both critics and peers.

What is a verb? – A verb is something you do. Ex: to drive, reading, threw.
What is a conjunction? – A conjunction is something that binds a sentence together; And, but.
What is a pronoun? – A pronoun is something you can replace a name/person/thing with; I, you, he, she, it.
What is a reflexive pronoun? – A reflexive pronoun is for Ex.: ourselves, themselves,myself.
What is a preposition? – A preposition is a rather short word that can for example mark time or a place. A preposition links a sentence together. Ex: At, ago, during, until.

Oppvarming .
- Først så starter vi med Lett jogging ca 3 runder,dette gjør vi for å ikke få skader i kroppen.

Stå på ein plass og ta armsirkler 10 på kvar hand, Også revers.

Push up = 10 stk
Jumping jack’s 20
Tå hevinger.

Hoveddel

I dag så skal vi ha slik at dykk står i runding og joggar på staden.

Når dykk joggar kjem vi til og seie forskjellige øvelsar dykk skal gjøre. Dette skal på gå i ti minutter.

dere skal ta burpies, jumping jack’s , spenst hopp, spurting på stedet, sit up’s. dette utgjør at dykk brukar noen muskler.

vi sier ifrå når dykk skal gjøre dei forskjellige øvelsane.

ca 10-20 stk pr. øvelse.

Jogging på staden.
Burpies.
Jumping jack’s.
spenst hopp.
spurt på stedet.
sit up’s.
Rull en runde på golvet.
ned på magen.
ned på ryggen.

Ut tøying:

dette gjør vi for å ikke få skader i kroppen.

Triceps/Armstrekkaren/Bieceps – Denne muskelen blei brukt i burpies & jumping jack’s & Push up’s Du tar tak i olbogen med den eine arma og skyv han bakom hovudet.

Magemuskler – Bruker du i å jogge på stedet. og under burbies & Sit up’s.

Legg deg ned på golvet og leik sel.

magen på golvet og bøy deg opp/bakover.

Knestrekkaren – Denne muskelen blei brukt når du hoppet spenst hopp og Burpies. Du har strake bein mens du prøver å ta tak i tærne dine med fingrane.

I really don’t like to travel, but I have a dream to go to Fiji, it’s so beautiful there. Ida Elise and I have dreamed to go there along time now.
I really want to go to Fiji, if you don’t you should take a better look at the picture.
It’s maybe not the best place to go but if you like the beach and that kind of stuff. Then is this a great place to go to.
